Chasen is building a company that can change the way people experience ballet.

Dance found Chasen Greenwood at a time when he needed it most. What began as a passion quickly became a lifeline, giving him purpose, confidence, and a way to tell stories that words never could. Ballet didn’t just shape his career—it saved his life. It taught him resilience, introduced him to lifelong mentors and friends, and opened doors he never imagined possible.

Because of dance, Chasen has had the privilege of performing across the country, working in theater, film, television, and live entertainment, and collaborating with extraordinary artists, directors, musicians, and creatives. From the stage to Hollywood productions, every opportunity has reinforced one belief: storytelling through movement has the power to transform people.

Today, Chasen is the Founder and Artistic Director of The Realm Company, a nonprofit organization born from a dream to make ballet as exciting, emotional, and accessible as the movies and music that inspire modern audiences. He believes dance belongs to everyone—not just those who grew up attending performances, but also those who have never considered buying a ballet ticket. His vision is to create unforgettable experiences that leave audiences inspired long after the final curtain falls.

Throughout his career, Chasen has been fortunate to collaborate with artists and organizations including Paramount Pictures, Candlelight Concerts, The Ballet Agency, Roger Fishman, Richy Jackson, Neal Brennan, and many others. He has also been recognized as a One to Watch by Dance Magazine and received the Regional America Southwest Award for Best Young Choreographer. While he is grateful for every milestone, the greatest reward has always been the people he has met and the lives he has been able to touch through art.

Chasen is still on that journey. Every production, every collaboration, and every story is another opportunity to inspire someone who may need what dance once gave him: hope, belonging, and the courage to dream bigger than they thought possible.
